Internet2 Commons Working Group

Scope of Work: The Internet2 Commons is a large-scale, distributed collaborative environment for the research and education community. Operated by Internet2, the Commons enables one-to-one, one-to-group, and group-to-group collaboration in support of personal communications, meetings, conferences, and teaching and learning. Participation in the Commons is open to Internet2 members (primary and sponsored) and their international counterparts. ViDe is participating in the leadership of the Commons by providing technical expertise and architectural guidance. The individuals on this team are responsible for communication and coordination between ViDe and Internet2 to ensure effective synergy and working relationships.
