Endpoint Configuration

Configuring your endpoint (ViaVideo, VIGO, etc.) to work with your zone's gatekeeper will require the following:

  • Request and receive a user account from the ViDeNet site.
  • Insert your gatekeeper IP Address (152.2.2.199) in the gatekeeper field of your endpoint. Be sure to select 'specify', if given the option.
  • Insert your extension from the directory into the field designated for an extension or H.323 number.
  • Insert your alias form the directory into the field designated for an alias or H.323 name.

Your zone prefix:

  • Remember that individuals dialing you from OUTSIDE your zone will need to first dial the exit zone prefix plus your zone prefix (123456789) prior to dialing your local number.
